Yewande Oke (the "Trainer", "Trainers" or "we" or "our" or "us") is the sole proprietor and absolute owner of the application "YayaFitness" ("Platform / App") which enables personal trainers, wellness coaches and nutritionists to provide training and coaching to their clients using the Platform. The Trainer, at sole discretion, has the right to develop, make improvements and update the Platform. The App is developed and maintained by Spur.Fit. including any of its subsidiaries ("Spur.Fit").
We value the privacy and protection of our Users' personal data. Our practices and procedures for collection and use of personal data are outlined below. We implement reasonable security practices consistent with the nature of our business and the sensitivity of the information collected. However, because of the inherent vulnerabilities of the internet, we cannot guarantee complete security of transmitted information. This Privacy Policy applies to all Users, including trainers, wellness coaches, nutritionists, and their clients registered on the Platform.
When registering, you may be required to create a username and password ("Access ID") to activate an account ("Account"). We may collect information such as your name, age, gender, health condition, email address, and other personal information ("Personal Information") necessary for the Services. You may also be asked to upload photos to track fitness progress. Spur.Fit will store such data securely, but the Trainer is not responsible for any disclosures made by third-party trainers, wellness coaches, or nutritionists.
We may also collect videos, images, and other materials uploaded by trainers and wellness providers. The Trainer is not responsible for copyright infringement or claims arising from such content.
Financial account information (such as credit/debit card details or bank account numbers) ("Financial Information") may be collected via the Platform for payments. These details are processed securely by third-party providers. For updates, corrections, or deletion of your Personal or Financial Information, you can contact us at yayafitness22@gmail.com. Refusal to provide required information may affect your access to Services.
